Ticker Symbol. Visor shall seek the approval of the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC to change the ticker symbol for its shares listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market to “CGNT” upon the Effective Time.
Ticker Symbol. Trooper shall seek the approval of NASDAQ to change the ticker symbol for its shares listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market to “WMGI” upon the Effective Time.
Ticker Symbol. The Parties shall use their reasonable best efforts to cause New MI Corp. to have the NYSE ticker symbol “MI.”
Ticker Symbol. In accordance with Section 3.3 of the Merger Agreement, the Parties hereby agree that the ticker symbol of Parent as of the Effective Time shall be “WSC”.
Ticker Symbol. SSMP shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause the SSMP Common Stock to be listed on NASDAQ from and after the Closing under such symbol as the Company shall request in writing following consultation with NASDAQ.

Ticker Symbol. The Company is presently trading under the ticker symbol GAXYE.OB due to its delay in filing its annual 10-K report with the Commission. The delay has been caused solely by the departure from the Company of the accountant responsible for preparing the report. As of the date hereof, the required report has been prepared and is awaiting auditor approval prior to filing.
Ticker Symbol. The Company shall file all required reports with the Commission such that the Common stock is traded under the ticker symbol GAXY.OB on or before May 15, 2005.
