Time and Manner of Payment Upon execution of this Lease, Tenant shall pay Landlord the Base Rent in the amount stated in Paragraph 1.12(a) above for the first month of the Lease Term. On the first day of the second month of the Lease Term and each month thereafter, Tenant shall pay Landlord the Base Rent, in advance, without offset, deduction or prior demand. The Base Rent shall be payable at Landlord's address or at such other place as Landlord may designate in writing.
Basis of Payment The basis of payment is identified in Attachment E, Fee Schedule. Reimbursement of costs incurred under a work authorization shall be in accordance with Attachment E, Fee Schedule.
Time of Payment Any Gross-Up Payment provided for herein shall be paid not later than the 30th day following the payment of any compensation or the provision of any benefit which causes such payment to be made; provided, however, that if the amount of such payment cannot be finally determined on or before such day, the Company shall pay on such day an estimate of the minimum amount of such payment and shall pay the remainder of such payment (together with interest calculated in a manner similar to that described in Subparagraph (b)) as soon as the amount thereof can be determined. In the event that the amount of an estimated payment exceeds the amount subsequently determined to have been due, such excess shall constitute a loan by the Company to the Executive, payable on the 30th day after demand by the Company (together with interest calculated in a manner similar to that described in Subparagraph (b)).
Billing for Treatment and Payment Restrictions Grantees will;
Facility of Payment If a benefit is payable to a minor, to a person declared incompetent, or to a person incapable of handling the disposition of his or her property, the Company may pay such benefit to the guardian, legal representative or person having the care or custody of such minor, incompetent person or incapable person. The Company may require proof of incompetence, minority or guardianship as it may deem appropriate prior to distribution of the benefit. Such distribution shall completely discharge the Company from all liability with respect to such benefit.
Withholding of Payment City reserves the right to withhold, in whole or in part, payment for any and all work that: (i) has not been completed by Contractor; (ii) is inadequate or defective and has not been remedied or resolved in a manner satisfactory to the City Project Manager; or (iii) which fails to comply with any term, condition, or other requirement under this Agreement. Any payment withheld shall be released and remitted to Contractor within THIRTY (30) calendar days of the Contractor’s remedy or resolution of the inadequacy or defect.
Manner of Payment All payments due under this Agreement shall be in lawful money of the United States of America in immediately available funds as each party hereto may specify to the other parties; provided, that in the event the Receiver or the Corporation is obligated to make any payment hereunder in the amount of $25,000.00 or less, such payment may be made by check.
