Time and Payment. 3a. Both a signed contract and paid Reservation Fee are required to reserve the date of the Event. Client will have the option to pay in-full or pay a non-refundable Reservation Fee of $200. The total amount due will be reduced by the paid amount of the Reservation Fee. Client will pay N&D any balance due at least 30 days before the Event. 3b. Event Fee applies only to Start Time through End Time. Client and N&D may mutually agree to extend Services beyond the time specified, at the rate of $200 per hour, billed in one-hour increments. There will be a 10-minute grace period before overtime is incurred for any one-hour period. All provisions of this agreement will continue to apply during any such extension of Event. Overtime is based solely on the availability of N&D to perform, and is at the discretion of N&D personnel.

Time and Payment. All security officers will be required to record their time worked on a time management system provided by the Library. Payment to the Security Service Provider will be based solely on the time recorded. Payment is made based on two week periods, and to be authorized at monthly Board meetings, usually scheduled for the 3rd Tuesday of the month.)
