Time and place for Completion. (1) Completion is to be effected:
(a) on the Completion Date;
(b) at the Completion Venue;
(c) at the time agreed by the parties (agreement to be reached not later than 5.00pm on the day before the Completion Date); and
(d) irrespective of a time agreed by the parties under clause 5.1(1)(c) between the hours of 11.00am and 5.00pm.
(2) Irrespective of any other provision in this Agreement, if the Completion Date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Brisbane, Completion is to be effected on the Business Day next following the Completion Date.
(3) The parties acknowledge that Completion cannot be effected by Electronic Settlement.
Time and place for Completion. Completion must occur on the date determined under clause 2.2 at:
(a) the offices of K&L Gates, Level 31, 0 X’Xxxxxxx Xx, Sydney NSW 2000 at 11.00 am; or
(b) any other place or time agreed in writing between the Sellers and the Buyer.

Time and place for Completion. Completion must take place at a reasonable time to be agreed between the parties on the Completion Date at the offices of Ashurst Australia located in Melbourne, Victoria or such other time or places the parties may agree.
Time and place for Completion. (a) Completion is conditional on the Issuer completing the Transaction.

Time and place for Completion. 14.1. Completion must be effected at such time and place as may be agreed upon by the parties. In the absence of agreement, it must be effected between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm at:
(a) The office of the solicitor for the Vendor in the city or town named in Part 10 of the Schedule; or
(b) if the Vendor has no solicitor in that city or town the office of the solicitor for the Purchaser in the city or town named in Part 10 of the Schedule; or
(c) in any case not provided for in Clause 14.1(a) or 14.1(b) above the appropriate office provided for in Section 61(2)(c) of the Property Law Act.
14.2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Clause 14.1 if a mortgage is to be discharged on completion the Vendor may by notice in writing to the Purchaser given not later than two Business Days prior to completion require completion to take place at the office of the Vendor's mortgagee in the city or town named or if such mortgagee does not have an office in that city or town at the office of such mortgagee nearest to that city or town.
14.3. If the date stated in Part 7 of the Schedule falls on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday in the place for completion then unless Part 7 of the Schedule expressly designates such date a Saturday or Sunday or by the name of the public holiday, completion must take place:
(a) On such other day as may be agreed by the parties; or
(b) on the Business Day next following the date stated in Part 7 of the Schedule (in default of such agreement).
Time and place for Completion. Completion must occur on the date determined under clause 2.2 at:
(a) the offices of K&L Gates, 000 xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxx, 00000 Xxxxx, Xxxxxx at 4:00pm; or
(b) any other place or time agreed in writing between the Main Sellers and Management Sellers and the Buyer.
Time and place for Completion. Completion must take place on the Completion Date, or at another time and date agreed between the parties, at Sydney, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
Time and place for Completion. Completion shall take place on 31 March 2014 (the “Completion Date”) at the offices of Winston & Sxxxxx London, City Point, Oxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0X 0XX (or any other location agreed upon in writing by the Sellers and the Purchaser)
Time and place for Completion. Completion must take place at the offices of Xxxxxxx Xxx, 0 X'Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Sydney, NSW, Australia at 8.00am on the later of:
(a) the date which is 5 Business Days after all of the Conditions have been satisfied or waived in accordance with clause 2.4; and
(b) approval of all terms and conditions of this agreement by the shareholders and the directors of the Company and the directors of the Buyer, or at such other place, date or time as the Sellers and the Buyer agree in writing.
