Time and place for Completion. Completion must occur on the date determined under clause 2.2 at: (a) the offices of K&L Gates, Level 31, ▇ ▇’▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, Sydney NSW 2000 at 11.00 am; or (b) any other place or time agreed in writing between the Sellers and the Buyer.

In the absence of agreement, it must be effected between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm at: (a) the office of the solicitor for the Vendor in the city or town named in Part 9 of the Schedule; or (b) if the Vendor has no solicitor in that city or town the office of the solicitor for the Purchaser in the city or town named in Part 9 of the Schedule; or (c) in any case not provided for in clause 15.01(a) or 15.01(b) above the appropriate office provided for in Section 61(2)(e) of the Property Law Act. 15.02 Notwithstanding the provisions of the clause 15.01 if a mortgage is to be discharged on completion the Vendor may by notice in writing to the Purchaser given not later than two clear days prior to completion require completion to take place at the office of the Vendor's mortgagee in the city or town named or if such mortgagee does not have an office in that city or town at the office of such mortgagee nearest to that city or town. 15.03 If the date stated in Part 7 of the Schedule falls on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday in the place for completion then unless Part 7 of the Schedule expressly designates such date a Saturday or Sunday or by the name of the public holiday, completion must take place: (a) on such other day as may be agreed by the parties; or (b) on the Business Day next following the date stated in Part 7 of the Schedule (in default of such agreement).
