Time for Completion of Project. Contractor shall work diligently to complete the work described in Exhibit A County recognizes however, that there may be delays in the completion of the work beyond the control of the Contractor and County, therefore, agrees that Contractor's obligation hereunder is one of diligence and is not a covenant or representation that the Project will be completed within said time period. Contractor shall, however, be responsible for promptly notifying County of delays in the completion of the Project which Contractor believes are attributable to County.
Time for Completion of Project. Contractor shall commence work on the Project within 10 calendar days of the date on which it is given notice that Board has signed this Agreement and, unless the completion date is extended under the provisions of this Agreement, shall complete the Project no later than November 6, 2020.

Time for Completion of Project. It is agreed that all sewer utility improvements to be constructed by the Developer shall be completed within three (3) years of the date of preliminary approval as extended or tolled and prior to final approval thereof by the Approving Board unless a final performance guarantee is posted pursuant to the Rates, Rules and Regulations of the Authority. All work to be performed by the Developer shall be completed within two (2) years of the posting of said performance guarantee.
Time for Completion of Project. The construction of the Project for the Property shall be substantially completed within the time set forth in the Project Milestones / Timeline, Exhibit “D”. The Developer and Township may, if they agree to do so, amend the Milestones / Timeline. For purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, a Certificate of Occupancy shall evidence and constitute substantial completion.
Time for Completion of Project. Designer shall work diligently to complete the design phase services described in Exhibit A by December 31, 2013. Designer shall work diligently to complete the construction phase services described in Exhibit A by July 31, 2014. County recognizes however, that there may be delays in the completion of the work beyond the control of the Designer and County, therefore, agrees that Designer’s obligation hereunder is one of diligence and is not a covenant or representation that the Project will be completed within said time period. Designer shall, however, be responsible for promptly notifying County of delays in the completion of the Project which Designer believes are attributable to County.
