Time for making representations and warranties. (a) Each Obligor in relation to itself and, to the extent expressed to be applicable to them, its Subsidiaries, makes each of the following representations and warranties to each Finance Party on the Original Execution Date other than in the case of the representations given under Clause 21.16 (Accuracy of Information) which shall be given as of the applicable dates specified in that Clause.
Time for making representations and warranties. The representations and warranties set out in Clause 5.1 (Representation and warranties) above are made on the date hereof and are deemed to be repeated on the same dates as the representations and warranties are repeated under the Facilities Agreement.
Time for making representations and warranties. (a) Subject to paragraph (c), the representations and warranties set out in this Clause 15 are made by the Borrower on the date of this Agreement.

The representations and warranties set out in this Clause 9 are made on the date hereof and are deemed to be repeated throughout the Security Period upon each date such representations and warranties are deemed to be repeated in the Facilities Agreement.
Time for making representations and warranties. (a) Each Representation set out in this Clause 19 are made by each Borrower to each of the Finance Parties on the Amendment and Restatement Date and and the first Utilisation Date of Facility D.

The representations and warranties set out in this clause shall survive the execution of this Agreement and the making of each drawing and shall be deemed to be repeated on the date of each Request and on the first date of each Interest Period with respect to the facts and circumstances existing at each such time, as if made at each such time.

The representations and warranties in Clause 14.1 (Representations and warranties) shall be made on the date of this Agreement and deemed repeated on the date of each Utilisation Request, each Utilisation Date and on the last day of each Interest Period by reference to the facts and circumstances existing on such date except that the representations and warranties set out in:
