Common use of TIME ISESSENCE Clause in Contracts

TIME ISESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project as disclosed at the time of registration of the project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottee and the common areas to the association or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME ISESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project Project, as disclosed at the time of registration of the project Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Apartment to the Allottee and the common areas Project Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities shall be completed only upon completion of the Project by the Promoter before handing over of the Project to the association Association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be.

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the project Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment Said Flat to the Allottee and the common areas Common Areas of the Real Estate Project (described in Schedule E below) to the association or the competent authorityof allottees, as the case may beupon its formation and registration.
