Time Limitation on Claims. Changes to the POST-IT® APP. 3M may choose to provide updates to the POST-IT® APP, which may include upgrades, bug fixes, patches, other error corrections, and/or new features (collectively, including related documentation, “Updates”), from time to time in its sole discretion. Updates may also modify or delete in their entirety certain features and functionality of the POST- IT® APP. You acknowledge and agree that 3M has no obligation to provide any Updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality. 3M does not represent or warrant that any future Updates to the POST-IT® APP will be compatible with any hardware or software versions or applications (including any future versions or updates of your mobile device or its operating system). Based on your mobile device settings, when your device is connected to the internet, either the operating system will automatically download and install all available Updates to the POST-IT® APP, or you may receive notice of or be prompted to download and install available Updates. You acknowledge that, if you do not download available Updates, the POST-IT® APP may not continue to function properly. You further agree that all Updates will be deemed part of the POST-IT® APP and be subject to the version of this XXXX that is applicable as of the time you download (whether automatically or manually) and use any such Update to the POST-IT® APP.

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL USERS If you are a user accessing or using our Services from a region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from Romania laws, please be advised that we do not collect or process your personal data, except as provided for in our Privacy Policy.
Time Limitation on Claims. No action arising out of this Agreement or the performance or non-performance thereof, other than any action arising out of an underpayment under Section 4(d), may be brought more than one (1) year after such action arises.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Time Limitation on Claims. 16.1 The Supplier’s liability is limited to defects which appear within a peri- od of three (3) years from the date of delivery. As to substitute Compo- nents, the same time limitations shall apply from the date of delivery of the substitute Components.
