Common use of Time of Distribution Clause in Contracts

Time of Distribution. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, shares and/or cash distributable in respect of Performance Shares Earned in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 3 will be distributed as soon as practicable after January 5, 2009, but in no event later than January 12, 2009.

Time of Distribution.
