Time of Receipt. A notice or other communication is effective upon delivery to the other party if it is personally delivered or sent by fax. Notice sent by mail or Federal Express is effective upon the second work day after the date it was sent, as evidenced by a postmark or similar indicia, or upon actual delivery.
Time of Receipt. A Notice given to a person in accordance with this clause is treated as having been given and received:
(a) if delivered, on the day of delivery if delivered before 5.00 pm on a Business Day, otherwise on the next Business Day;
(b) if sent by pre-paid mail, on the day of actual delivery if delivered before 5.00 pm on a Business Day, otherwise on the next Business Day; and
(c) if sent electronically by email and confirmation is received from the relevant internet service provider that the transmission was successfully received in full and without error, on the day of transmission if the transmission was completed before 5.00 pm on a Business Day, otherwise on the next Business Day.
Time of Receipt. (a) Subject to clause 22.3(b), a Notice is taken to have been received by the intended recipient:
(i) if left at the intended recipient's address, at the time of delivery;
(ii) if sent by prepaid ordinary mail, on the third Business Day after the day of posting, or if sent by prepaid airmail from one country to another country, on the tenth Business Day after the day of posting;
(iii) if sent by facsimile, at the time shown in the transmission report as the time when the whole Notice was sent; and
(iv) if sent by email, four hours after the time the email was sent (as recorded by the device from which the email was sent) provided that the sender has not received an automated message that the email has not been delivered.
(b) If a Notice is received by a recipient on a day that is not a Business Day or after 4.00pm on a Business Day, the Notice is taken to be received at 9.00am on the next Business Day.
(c) A Notice is effective from the time it is taken to have been received in accordance with clauses 22.3(a) and 22.3(b) (unless a later time is specified in the Notice, in which case the notice takes effect from that time).
Time of Receipt. The time of receipt of the notice or communication shall be deemed to be:
12.2.1 the time set forth in the transmission journal, in the case of a facsimile transmission, unless such facsimile transmission is sent after 5:00 p.m., in which event the date of receipt shall be deemed to be the following business day in the place of receipt;
12.2.2 the time of signing of a receipt by the receiving Party in the case of delivery in person (including courier service); and
Time of Receipt. Unless there is evidence that it was received earlier, a notice marked for the attention of the person or persons specified in accordance with Clause 21.1 (Communications in writing) is deemed given:
(a) if delivered personally, when left at the relevant address referred to in Clause 21.2 (Notice details);
(b) if sent by post, except air mail, four (4) business days after posting it;
(c) if sent by air mail, seven (7) business days after posting it; and
(d) if sent by fax, on completion of the transmission/when confirmation of its transmission has been recorded by the sender's fax machine.
Time of Receipt. A notice given to a party in accordance with clause 17.1 shall be treated as having been given and received:
Time of Receipt. Except as described below, information transmitted via IDES by the Norwegian Competent Authority would be considered provided to, and received by, the U.S. Competent Authority on the date the information is successfully uploaded onto IDES. Except as described below, information transmitted by the U.S. Competent Authority via IDES would be considered provided to, and received by, the Norwegian Competent Authority on the date the information is available for downloading from IDES.
Time of Receipt. Except as described below, information transmitted via IDES by the United Kingdom Competent Authority would be considered provided to, and received by, the U.S. Competent Authority on the date the information is successfully uploaded onto IDES. Except as described below, information transmitted by the U.S. Competent Authority via IDES would be considered provided to, and received by, the United Kingdom Competent Authority on the date the information is available for downloading from IDES.
Time of Receipt. Unless there is evidence that it was received earlier, a notice marked for the attention of the person specified in accordance with Clause 16.1 is deemed given:
Time of Receipt. Unless there is evidence that it was received earlier, a Notice marked for the attention of the persons specified in accordance with paragraph 19.1 (Communications in writing) is deemed given:
19.2.1 if delivered personally, when left at the relevant address referred to in Schedule 3 (Notices Details);
19.2.2 if sent by post, except air mail, two business days after posting it;
19.2.3 if sent by air mail, six business days after posting it;
19.2.4 if sent by fax, when confirmation of its transmission has been recorded by the sender's fax machine; and
19.2.5 if sent by e-mail, two business days after sending it.
