Timely Submission Sample Clauses

Timely Submission. All requests for education reimbursement must be made 15 days in advance of taking the course(s). Requests are normally submitted before the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. As funds are available on a “first-come, first-served” basis, requests submitted after the semester has begun may be denied.
Timely Submission. Samples shall be submitted in due time so as to permit proper consideration without delaying any operation under the project. Materials shall not be ordered until approval is received in writing from the Commissioner. All materials shall be furnished equal in every respect to the approved samples.
