Notice of Cancellation Each insurance policy required above shall provide that coverage shall not be canceled, except with notice to City.
Voluntary Cancellation The Obligors’ Agent may, if it gives the Agent not less than three Business Days’ (or such shorter period as the Majority Lenders may agree) prior notice, cancel the whole or any part (being a minimum amount of EUR 5,000,000) of the Available Facility.
