Timing of Payment. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if the date on which any payment is to be made pursuant to this Indenture or the Notes is not a Business Day, the payment otherwise payable on such date shall be payable on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on such scheduled date and (provided such payment is made on such succeeding Business Day) no interest shall accrue on the amount of such payment from and after such scheduled date to the time of such payment on such next succeeding Business Day and the amount of any such payment that is an interest payment will reflect accrual only through the original payment date and not through the next succeeding Business Day.

Within three (3) Business Days after the Early Termination Reference Date, the Corporation shall pay to each Member an amount equal to the Early Termination Payment for such Member. Timing of Payment. (a) To the extent applicable, this Agreement is intended to comply with Code Section 409A and shall be interpreted accordingly.
Timing of Payment. It is the intent of the parties that each Indemnitee will have the right to indemnification for Expenses hereunder as soon as a claim is made and as soon as an Expense is incurred, whether or not such claim is meritorious and whether or not liability is established (but subject to Articles 16.2 and 16.8). LESSEE will pay an Indemnitee for Expenses pursuant to this Article 16 within ten (10) days after receipt of a written demand therefor from such Indemnitee accompanied by a written statement describing in reasonable detail the basis for such indemnity (but not before payment is due from such Indemnitee).
Timing of Payment. Management Fees and Incentive Fees shall be paid generally within fifteen (15) business days following the end of the period for which they are payable. The first incentive fee which may be due and owing to the Advisor in respect of any New Trading Profits will be due and owing as of the end of the first calendar quarter during which the Trading Advisor managed the Allocated Assets for at least forty-five (45) days. If an Incentive Fee shall have been paid by the Company to the Advisor in respect of any calendar quarter and the Advisor shall incur subsequent losses on the Allocated Assets, the Advisor shall nevertheless be entitled to retain amounts previously paid to it in respect of New High Net Trading Profits.
Timing of Payment. All payments under Section 7(a) shall be made in a lump sum cash payment as soon as practicable, but in no event more than 10 days after the Executive’s termination of employment.
