Timing of Receipt. Without limiting any other means by which a Party may be able to prove that a notice has been received by the other Party, a notice shall be deemed to be duly received:
(a) If delivered by hand or overnight courier, the date when received at the address of the recipient;
(b) If sent by registered mail, the date of the return receipt; or
(c) If sent by telefax, upon receipt by the sender of an acknowledgment or transmission report generated by the machine from which the telefax was sent indicating that the telefax was sent in its entirety to the recipient’s telefax number. In any case hereunder in which a Party is required or permitted to respond to a notice from the other Party within a specified period, such period shall run from the date on which the notice was deemed received as above provided, and the response shall be considered to be timely given if given as above provided by the last day of such period.

(1) at the time the sender’s computer or other device generates a report confirming that the Notice has been received by the recipient’s information system; or
(2) if no such report is generated, 1 Business Day after the date on which the Notice is sent, provided that the sender has not by that time received a delivery failure notification (or similar).

Timing of Receipt. A Notice given to a Party in accordance with this clause 24 shall be treated as having been given and received:
24.2.1 if delivered to a Party's address, on the day of delivery if a Business Day, otherwise on the next Business Day;
24.2.2 if sent by pre-paid mail, on the third Business Day after posting, or if posting point is not in Australia, on the tenth Business Day after posting; and
24.2.3 if transmitted by facsimile to a Party's address and a correct and complete transmission report is received, on the day of transmission if transmitted before 5.00 pm on a Business Day, otherwise on the next Business Day. Any notice required to be given to or by the Sellers shall be treated as having been given, if given as representative on behalf of the Sellers, to or by Tipperary Oil & Gas (Australia) Pty Ltd, or any other of the Sellers which the Sellers may from time to time give notice to Buyer.
Timing of Receipt. Notices delivered by mail shall be deemed received three (3) working days after the date of the postmark, and notices delivered by overnight courier shall be deemed received on the date when left at the address of the recipient. Notices sent by fax shall be effective the date faxed, if a working day, or the following working day otherwise; provided that all faxes shall be confirmed by follow-up mail within three (3) working days.
