Timing of Redesignations. With respect to any redesignation to be effected pursuant to Section 2.5(a), such redesignation shall occur as of the first calendar day of the calendar month following the date on which the applicable event or condition described in Section 2.5(a)(i) or (ii) occurs. With respect to any redesignation to be effected pursuant to Section 2.5(b) or 2.5(c), such redesignation shall occur as of the first calendar day of the calendar month immediately following the calendar month of the date written notice was delivered by the applicable Lessee of such redesignation.
