Common use of Timing, Reports and Documents Clause in Contracts

Timing, Reports and Documents. The Recipient will submit each request for payment for Eligible Expenditures in respect of each Project to the Province on a date and frequency as set out below and, if the Province so requested pursuant to paragraph K.4.1(f) (Mandate), after review by the Committee. The Recipient agrees to submit, for each of the circumstances listed below, the following reports and documents: (a) for each request for payment, including the final payment, a claims report in a format prescribed by the Province; (b) for each request for final payment, a final report, in a format prescribed by the Province, acceptable to the Province; and (c) such other information as the Province may request.
