TIN BOARDS. The Company agrees to provide the Union with space on its existing bulletin boards for the exclusive use of the Union. The Union agrees that it will use the space to post notices and information regarding the Union and its activities. Such notices shall be initiated by a designated Union official prior to posting. The Union agrees that it will not post notices containing adverse comments about the Company or its management. The Union will not distribute or cause to be distributed on the property of the Company, for or on its behalf, printed matter, except with the written permission of Management.

TIN BOARDS. I The Hospital shall provide bulletin board space for the purpose of posting Association notices. All such notices must be jointly approved by the President of the Association or her designate and the Administrator of the Hospital or his designate and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
TIN BOARDS. The Hospital shall provide space on bulletin boards (a maximum of five (5) including one (1) on each of the second and third floors for the exclusive use of Local 1909) to be erected, upon which the Union shall have the right, subject to the approval of the Hospital Administrator or his designate, to post notices of meetings and such other notices as may be of interest to the employees. Copies of the Collective Agreement will be provided to all members of the bargaining unit. The cost of printing will be shared by the parties on a basis. The selection of the printer shall be made on the basis of cost and service from two (2) quotes submitted by the Union and two (2) quotes submitted by the Hospital. It recognized and agreed that the discharge of a probationary employee will not be subject to the grievance procedure. Whenever the Hospital deems necessary to censure an employee a manner indicating that dismissal may follow any repetition of the act complained of or omission referred to, or may follow if such employee fails to bring his work up to a required standard by a given date, the Hospital shall within five (5) working days thereafter give written particulars of such censure to the employee. At the request of either of the parties a xxxxxxx may be present at the meeting between the Hospital and the employee. An employee may be dismissed or suspended only for just cause. When an employee is discharged or suspended, he may be given the reason in the presence of a representative of the Union by mutual agreement of the parties. Such employee and the Union shall be advised promptly writing by the Director of Personnel of the reason for such dismissal or suspension. A Registered Nursing Assistant defined as a person who registered by the College of Nurses of Ontario accordance with the Health Disciplines Act, as amended. A Registered Nursing Assistant is required to present to the Assistant Care, by February 15th of each year, her current certificate of competence or proof of payment. Failure to do so shall result the employee being reclassified as a Nursing Assistant until she complies with the provision above. The Union will be notified prior to

TIN BOARDS. The Union shall have reasonable access to bulletin boards throughout the premises of the Society for the posting of appropriate Union notices pertaining to matters relating to employees covered by the Collective Agreement. Copies of all notices shall be given to the Labour Relations Manager prior to posting and the Society retains the right to approve any material posted herein.
