Title and Job Description. The Employee shall be employed on a full-time basis, as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. In such capacity, the Employee shall be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Company and any other responsibilities reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time. The Employee shall report to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) and shall serve as a Director on the Board.
