Title and Job Duties. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company agrees to employ Executive as its Chief Executive Officer. Executive shall report directly to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”).
Title and Job Duties. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company agrees to continue to employ Executive as CEO. In this capacity, Executive shall have the duties, authorities and responsibilities commensurate with the duties, authorities and responsibilities of persons in similar capacities in similarly sized companies, and such other duties, authorities and responsibilities as the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) shall designate from time to time that are not inconsistent with Executive’s position as CEO. Executive shall report directly to the Board and the Chairman of the Board. All employees of the Company shall report directly to Executive or her designee.

(a) Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company agrees to employ you (“Employee”) as Chief Financial Officer of the Company (“CFO”) reporting to the President of the Company (the “Manager”). In his/her capacity as CFO, the Employee shall have the duties, authorities and responsibilities as set forth in the Company bylaws, or as designated from time to time by the Manager, Officers, or Directors, as applicable.
Title and Job Duties. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company agrees to employ Xxxxxx X’Xxxxxxx (“Employee”) as CFO reporting to CEO. In this capacity, Employee shall have the duties, authorities and responsibilities as CEO shall designate from time to time that are not inconsistent with the Employee’s position.
Title and Job Duties. (a) The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive in the position of Chief Operating Officer. In such capacity, Executive agrees to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. In this capacity, Executive shall have the duties, authorities and responsibilities that are commensurate with his title and designated from time to time by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) and the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. In performing his duties under this Agreement, Executive shall report to the Board and the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

In this capacity, Employee shall have the duties, authorities and responsibilities that are designated from time to time by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”) and commensurate with his title. In performing his duties under this Agreement, Employee shall report to the CEO.

(a) Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company agrees to employ you (“Employee”) as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the Company (“COO and President”) reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of Tech Corp. (the “CEO”), if any, or if there is no CEO, the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). In his capacity as COO and President, the Employee shall have the duties, authorities and responsibilities as set forth in the Company bylaws, or as designated from time to time by the CEO or the Board, as applicable.”
Title and Job Duties a. The Company hereby agrees to employ Executive, and Executive hereby accepts employment, in the position of Executive Vice President, Head of Strategy and M&A, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. In this capacity, Executive shall have the duties, authorities and responsibilities that are designated from time to time by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”) and the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of P10, Inc. (“P10”) commensurate with his title. In performing his duties, Executive shall report to the CEO.
