Title Examination. During the period commencing on the date of this Agreement and ending sixty-five (65) days after the date of this Agreement ("Title Examination Period"), Buyer and its Affiliates and their employees, agents and contractors shall have full access to and the right (subject to the executed Confidentiality Agreement) to examine all of Seller's title records relating to the Property, including but not limited to, those listed on Exhibits "B" and "C" attached hereto.
