Title Information and Data. At any time during the term hereof, upon written request by Lessee, Lessor forthwith shall obtain and deliver to Lessee copies of all title documents affecting the Property which Lessor has in its possession or available to it, including copies of any plats and field notes of surveys of the Property. Lessor agrees to make available to Lessee copies of any exploration data, assays, logs, maps, geological, geochemical and geophysical surveys and reports that Lessor may have in its possession, without charge.

Upon written request by Lessee, Landowner shall deliver to Lessee copies of any policy of title insurance or preliminary title report concerning Landowner's title to the Property. In the event Lessee requires current policies of title insurance or preliminary title reports, then Landowner shall furnish the same but at Lessee's sole cost and expense.

Owner agrees to deliver to Royal Gold copies of any exploration data, assays, logs, maps, geological, geochemical and geophysical surveys and reports that Owner may have in its possession, without charge.

Shoshone agrees to make available to Sterling copies of any exploration data, assays, logs, maps, geological, geochemical and geophysical surveys and reports that Shoshone may have in its possession, without charge.

On execution of this Agreement, LESSOR shall promptly make available to LESSEE and allow LESSEE to make copies of all title abstracts, documents, opinions and reports affecting the Property which LESSOR has in his possession or available to him, including copies of any plats and field notes of surveys of the Property. LESSOR agrees to allow LESSEE to make copies of any exploration data, assays, logs, maps, geological, geochemical and geophysical surveys and reports that LESSOR may have in his possession, without charge.
