TITLE TO CITY’S COMPENSATION. Immediately upon Concessionaire’s receipt of monies from doing business under this Agreement, including the sale of food, beverages, merchandise and/or services that it is authorized to sell under the terms of this Agreement, the percentages of said monies belonging to City shall immediately vest in and become the property of the City. Concessionaire shall be responsible as trustee for said monies until the same are delivered to City.

  • Injury Compensation Employees covered by this Agreement shall be covered by Subchapter I of Chapter 81 of Title 5, and any amendments thereto, relating to compensation for work injuries. The Employer will promulgate appropriate regulations which comply with applicable regulations of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs and any amendments thereto.

  • CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION The parties hereto agree that the employees covered by this Agreement shall be considered engaged in the type of work and classification as set forth on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.

  • Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.

  • Call Back Compensation (a) Call back is an occasion where an employee has been released from duty and is called back to work prior to his/her normal starting time.   • Overload Compensation ‌ An instructional faculty member may be given overload compensation for additional instructional responsibilities beyond the normal work day or work year. The conditions and compensation of all overload duties shall be established prior to the beginning of additional instructional work. The rate of compensation shall be paid on a prorated salary basis. When calculating the prorated hourly salary under this section, the academic year salary shall be divided by 1344 hours. Faculty members have the option of refusing additional work assignments: when this occurs the rate of compensation will be agreed upon between the employer and the faculty member.

  • Final Compensation Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS prior to January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during twelve (12) consecutive months of employment. Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS on or after January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during thirty-six (36) consecutive months of employment.
