Title to Work Covered by Progress Payments. Title to all Work and materials covered by a progress payment shall pass to Owner at the time of such payment free and clear of all liens, claims, security interests, and encumbrances. Passage of title shall not, however, relieve Design- Builder from any of its duties and responsibilities for the Work or materials, or waive any rights of Owner to insist on full compliance by Design-Builder with the Contract Documents.
