To the Settlement Administrator. The Settlement Administrator will pay out of the Gross Settlement Amount to itself its reasonable fees and expenses that are documented and approved by the Court in an amount not to exceed $20,000 (“Settlement Administration Expenses”). To the extent the Settlement Administration Expenses that are documented and approved by the Court are less than $20,000, the remainder will be retained in the Net Settlement Amount for distribution to Participating Class Members.
