Night Premium For all time worked by employees, after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m., by employees hired on or before August 5, 2005, a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour shall be paid.
Short Changeover Premium (a) If shifts are scheduled so that there are not 24 hours between the start of an employee's shift and the start of their next shift, a premium calculated at the overtime rates will be paid for hours worked on the succeeding shift within the 24-hour period.
(b) Where an employee exercises seniority rights to work shifts, one of which falls within the 24-hour period from the start of the previous shift, the employee shall not be entitled to claim the premium rate referred to in (a) above.
Shift Premium Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety-five cents (95c/ ) per hour for each hour worked between 1500 hours and 0700 hours provided that such hours exceed two (2) hours if worked in conjunction with the day shift.
Overtime Premium a) Time and one-half (1/2) shall be paid as follows:
1) For all hours worked over 8 (eight) hours per day.
2) For all hours worked over 40 (forty) hours per week.
3) For all hours worked on Sunday, unless part of the employees regularly scheduled workweek.
b) Double time plus holiday pay shall be paid for all hours worked on holidays that are defined in this Agreement.
Transportation Charges The cost of transporting Employees and Material necessary for the Mining Operations.
Living Expenses You will normally live in Oxford while you are a Matriculated Non-Award Student and will need to pay for your living costs such as food, accommodation, and personal items, unless this is being covered by your home institution.
Transportation Costs The cost of transporting a Warranted Part claimed to be defective to the facilities designated by the Seller and for the return therefrom of a repaired or replaced Warranted Part shall be borne by the Buyer.
Night Shift Differential Unit 12 employees who regularly work shifts shall receive a night shift differential as set forth below:
A. Employees shall qualify for the first night shift pay differential of forty (40) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift falls between 6 p.m. and 12 midnight.
B. Employees shall qualify for the second night shift pay differential of fifty (50) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift fall between 12 midnight and 6 a.m.
C. A "regularly scheduled work shift" are those regularly assigned work hours established by the department director or designee.
