Ton and Larger Rate. The Company agrees to negotiate with the Union and Owner Operator, on an individual basis, the rate for specific runs, when the need arises to institute the run. Should the parties fail to agree on the rate, they will submit the dispute to Grievance Mediation as per the Federal Mediation Conciliation Services of the Human Resources Department Canada or arbitration.
