TOOLS AND SPECIAL EQUIPMENT. The Contractor shall have all Tools and Special Equipment, necessary for the execution of the works, either on site or readily available at his/her premises. The principle that applies to Tools and Special Equipment is that downtime must be kept to an absolute minimum. Any exclusion to the above should be listed with the lead-time required to deliver same to site.
