Total Number of Transferable Credits. The maximum number of lower-division credits that may be accepted and applied toward degree completion at Park University is 75 credit hours. This transfer credit limit will be the difference between the total credits required for degree completion 120 and the university’s upper-division requirement 45.
Total Number of Transferable Credits. A maximum number of 88 lower division transfer credits can be accepted from NASHVILLE STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE institutions and applied toward degree completion at Victory University leaving a residency requirement of 32 credits. Of the 88 credits, up to 75 credits of Non-Traditional Learning such as ACE, DANTES, and CLEP can apply. Victory University will offer a full tuition scholarship each year to a NASHVILLE STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE graduate. Qualifying criteria and a description of the scholarship will be advertised and made available to NASHVILLE STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE for distribution. Applicants will apply directly to Victory University. Victory University will choose the scholarship recipient winner and notify NASHVILLE STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE and the scholarship recipient of the selection by May 31st of each year.

The AGEC can be transferred and accepted as a component of an associate’s degree or as a stand-alone general education block not affiliated with an associate’s degree. All credits earned as part of the AGEC will be accepted and applied to an applicable baccalaureate degree. Associate Degrees Articulated courses and degree pathways may be identified, maintained, and available as advising resources, separate from this MOU. Articulated Resources Maricopa graduates will follow PARTNER INSTITUTION’s transfer admission process and, therefore, must meet all applicable requirements and deadlines pertaining to application for admission, advising, registration, payment of tuition and fees, and graduation. They will abide by the policies and procedures, along with any revisions thereof that apply to all students from that institution. Students should be advised that some degree programs at PARTNER INSTITUTION might require a higher GPA (than is required for university admission) and additional requirements for College or program admission. In order to complete the baccalaureate program in a timely manner, students are advised to utilize transfer guides, online advising resources, and other published degree requirements for the academic program they plan to pursue at PARTNER INSTITUTION. If the student intends to change degree focus upon admission to PARTNER INSTITUTION, the student may be required to complete additional lower division preparation work prior to beginning the program at PARTNER INSTITUTION.   • Venue Limitation for TIPS Sales Vendor agrees that if any "Venue" provision is included in any TIPS Sale Agreement/contract between Vendor and a TIPS Member, that clause must provide that the "Venue" for any litigation or alternative dispute resolution shall be in the state and county where the TIPS Member operates unless the TIPS Member expressly agrees otherwise. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing a “Venue” clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.

  • Automatic Renewal Limitation for TIPS Sales No TIPS Sale may incorporate an automatic renewal clause that exceeds month to month terms with which the TIPS Member must comply. All renewal terms incorporated into a TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement shall only be valid and enforceable when Vendor received written confirmation of acceptance of the renewal term from the TIPS Member for the specific renewal term. The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS Member inadvertently renewing an Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS Member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing an “Automatic Renewal” clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.

  • Allocation of Tranche Write-down Amounts to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the amount, if any, of the Tranche Write- down Amount for that Payment Date will be allocated, first, to reduce any Overcollateralization Amount for such Payment Date, until such Overcollateralization Amount is reduced to zero, and, second, to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:

  • Allocation of Tranche Write-up Amounts to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date will be allocated to increase the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority until the cumulative Tranche Write-up Amounts allocated to each such Class of Reference Tranche is equal to the cumulative Tranche Write-down Amounts previously allocated to such Class of Reference Tranche on or prior to such Payment Date:
