Total Settlement Payment. In full satisfaction of all potential civil penalties, attorneys’ fees, and costs, SUAVECITO shall make a total settlement payment of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) (“Total Settlement Amount”). The Total Settlement Amount shall be apportioned into a Civil Penalty and Attorney’s Fees and Costs as set forth in Sections 3.2 and 3.3 below.

In full satisfaction of all potential civil penalties, attorneys’ fees, and costs, INW shall make a total settlement payment of Twenty-Nine Thousand Dollars ($29,000.00) (“Total Settlement Amount”). The Total Settlement Amount shall be apportioned into a Civil Penalty and Attorney’s Fees and Costs as set forth in Sections 3.2 and 3.3 below.
Total Settlement Payment. MetLife shall pay the sum of $1,000,000.00 toward the satisfaction of claims arising out of the Ponzi Scheme upon the terms and conditions more thoroughly set forth herein (“MetLife’s Settlement Payment”).

The Total Settlement Amount shall be apportioned into a Civil Penalty and Attorney’s Fees and Costs, an Additional Settlement Payment and a Cost Reimbursement as set forth in Sections 3.2 and 3.3 below.

The Total Settlement Amount shall be apportioned into a Civil Penalty and Attorney’s Fees and Costs as set forth in Sections 3.2 and 3.3 below.
