Total Settlement Payment. In full satisfaction of all potential civil penalties, attorneys’ fees, and costs, SUAVECITO shall make a total settlement payment of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) (“Total Settlement Amount”). The Total Settlement Amount shall be apportioned into a Civil Penalty and Attorney’s Fees and Costs as set forth in Sections 3.2 and 3.3 below.

In full satisfaction of all potential civil penalties, attorneys’ fees, and costs, SKF USA shall make a total settlement payment of Thirty-Two Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($32,500.00) (“Total Settlement Amount”). The Total Settlement Amount shall be apportioned into a Civil Penalty and Attorney’s Fees and Costs as set forth in Sections 3.2 and 3.3 below.
Total Settlement Payment. In full satisfaction of all potential civil penalties, attorneys’ fees, and costs, Great Eastern shall make a total settlement payment of Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($19,500.00) (“Total Settlement Amount”). The Total Settlement Amount shall be apportioned into a Civil Penalty and Attorney’s Fees and Costs as set forth in Sections 3.2 and 3.3 below.
Total Settlement Payment. In full satisfaction of all potential civil penalties, attorneys’ fees, and costs, FIF shall make a total settlement payment of Twenty-Four Thousand Dollars ($24,000.00) (“Total Settlement Amount”). The Total Settlement Amount shall be apportioned into a Civil Penalty and Attorney’s Fees and Costs as set forth in Sections 3.2 and 3.3 below.

The Total Settlement Amount shall be apportioned into a Civil Penalty and Attorney’s Fees and Costs as set forth in Sections 3.2 and 3.3 below.
Total Settlement Payment. In full satisfaction of all potential civil penalties, attorneys’ fees, and costs, MIN shall make a total settlement payment of Twenty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($22,500.00) (“Total Settlement Amount”). The Total Settlement Amount shall be apportioned into a Civil Penalty and Attorney’s Fees and Costs as set forth in Sections 3.2 and 3.3 below.
Total Settlement Payment. Xxx. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx shall pay the sum of $41,376,196.46 toward the satisfaction of claims arising out of or in any way relating to the Ponzi Scheme upon the terms and conditions more thoroughly set forth herein (the “Xxxxxx Settlement Payment”); provided, however, that Xxx. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx shall be given a credit against the Xxxxxx Settlement Payment in the amount of $11,000,000.00 for funds previously contributed to the bankruptcy estates for TSI, WSC, and SPP (collectively, the “Bankruptcy Estates”). The Xxxxxx Settlement Payment shall be increased in an amount equal to any and all additional interest or other income earned on the Regions Bank custodial account established by Xxx. Xxxxxx to hold certain of the Life Ins. Proceeds after October 31, 2018 until the date all Parties have signed this Agreement and all conditions precedent to the effectiveness of this Agreement specifically enumerated herein have been satisfied (the “Implementation Date”).
Total Settlement Payment. MetLife shall pay the sum of $1,000,000.00 toward the satisfaction of claims arising out of the Ponzi Scheme upon the terms and conditions more thoroughly set forth herein (“MetLife’s Settlement Payment”).
Total Settlement Payment. In complete and final settlement of the Action, Life Time will pay all Settlement Costs, Cash Awards, and Membership Awards, together comprising the “Total Settlement Payment.” The Minimum Total Settlement Payment will be ten million dollars ($10,000,000), and the Maximum Total Settlement Payment will be fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000). Every dollar that Life Time is required to pay in Settlement Costs will count as one dollar ($1) in calculating the Total Settlement Payment. Every Cash Award that is timely and validly claimed by a Settlement Class Member will count as one hundred dollars ($100) in calculating the Total Settlement Payment. Every Membership Award that is timely and validly claimed by a Settlement Class Member, whether claimed as a membership or credit, as defined in Section 4.02, will count as two hundred fifty dollars ($250) in calculating the Total Settlement Payment. If the Cash Awards and Membership Awards are pro rata adjusted as set forth in Section 4.03 below, the adjusted amounts will be used in calculating the Total Settlement Payment.
