Tracking Systems. (a) The Parties will use PJM EIS GATS or M-RETS as the tracking system for the Product. Seller shall Deliver the RECs in an unretired state.

Tracking Systems. 5.1. The Aircraft must be equipped with a tracking device that, at all times when the Aircraft electrical busses are powered, records the time and the position, altitude, speed and track of the Aircraft at intervals of no greater than 2 minutes and transmits that information within 60 seconds of collection to an electronic data integration system designated by NAFC.

Customers may require Contractor to utilize an automated (online or web-based) tracking systems; Contractor shall comply with customer and system requirements to the extent applicable and within scope of this contract. In addition, Contractor shall keep an internal tracking method to track jobs, Customer may request this information.
Tracking Systems a. The Contractor must ensure the Aircraft are equipped with tracking equipment to meet the position reporting requirements of the NAFC Standard OPS-014 Aircraft Tracking, Event Reporting and Messaging.

The Parties shall abide by the applicable Delivery rules of PJM EIS GATS or M-RETS. The Seller shall Deliver RECs to PJM EIS GATS or M-RETS by initiating transfer to the PJM EIS GATS or M-RETS account of Buyer. Each Party shall bear the costs associated with performing its respective obligations in connection with such tracking system. If applicable in PJM EIS GATS and/or M-RETS, Seller represents that the RECs have been designated as “IL RPS eligible” by that registry, prior to transferring the RECs to Buyer’s PJM EIS GATS account or M-RETS account.

Tracking Systems a. Within thirty (30) calendar days of this Agreement being signed, the School will submit to OCR for review a plan to track the provision of special education and related services for students with disabilities.1 The plan will:
i. include a statement that the School is required to provide a free appropriate public education to each qualified child with a disability attending the School;
ii. include a statement that all aspects of students’ individualized education programs (IEPs) and Section 504 plans must be implemented with fidelity;
iii. specify that the tracking will be mandatory;
iv. specify the individual(s) who will be responsible for tracking;
v. include standardized tracking forms;2
vi. include a statement that use of the tracking forms is mandatory; and
vii. address how records will be retained for a period of no less than three years.
b. The School will promptly and fully address OCR’s feedback, if any, until the School receives OCR’s final approval of the plan.
c. The School will immediately begin implementing the plan upon receiving OCR’s final approval of the plan.
d. Within fifteen (15) calendar days of receiving OCR’s final approval of the plan, the School will:
i. disseminate the plan to all School staff; and
ii. submit documentation to OCR showing that the plan was disseminated to all School staff.3
