Tracking Systems. (a) The Parties will use PJM EIS GATS or M-RETS as the tracking system for the Product. Seller shall Deliver the RECs in an unretired state.
(b) The Parties shall abide by the applicable Delivery rules of PJM EIS GATS or M-RETS. The Seller shall Deliver RECs to PJM EIS GATS or M-RETS by initiating transfer to the PJM EIS GATS or M- RETS account of Buyer. Each Party shall bear the costs associated with performing its respective obligations in connection with such tracking system.
(c) If applicable in PJM EIS GATS and/or M-RETS, Seller represents that the RECs have been designated as “IL RPS eligible” by that registry, prior to transferring the RECs to Buyer’s PJM EIS GATS account or M-RETS account.
Tracking Systems. 5.1. The Aircraft must be equipped with a tracking device that, at all times when the Aircraft electrical busses are powered, records the time and the position, altitude, speed and track of the Aircraft at intervals of no greater than 2 minutes and transmits that information within 60 seconds of collection to an electronic data integration system designated by NAFC.

(b) The Parties may agree to use an alternate tracking system upon prior written approval of Buyer.
(c) Seller must provide a screen print from the applicable tracking system (e.g. M-RETS) with each invoice in order to document the retirement of the RECs. Such screen print must show the facility name, fuel type, month of generation, certificate serial number, quantity and purchaser. However, if Party B makes a request in writing ten (10) days prior to the commencement of the applicable Delivery Season that RECs be Delivered in an un-retired state, Party A shall be obligated to Deliver RECs in an un-retired state.
(d) All costs and fees associated with utilizing a generation tracking system (including, without limitation, any costs associated with the retirement of any Product) shall be borne by Seller.

Customers may require Contractor to utilize an automated (online or web-based) tracking systems; Contractor shall comply with customer and system requirements to the extent applicable and within scope of this contract. In addition, Contractor shall keep an internal tracking method to track jobs, Customer may request this information.

Such screen print must show the facility name, fuel type, month of generation, certificate serial number, quantity, retirement sub-account name and specify Party B as buyer. However, if Party B makes a request in writing ten (10) days prior to the commencement of the applicable Delivery Season that RECs be Delivered in an un-retired state, Party A shall be obligated to Deliver RECs in an un-retired state.
(d) All costs and fees associated with utilizing a generation tracking system (including, without limitation, any costs associated with the retirement of any Product) shall be borne by Seller.

Tracking Systems a. The Contractor must ensure the Aircraft are equipped with tracking equipment to meet the position reporting requirements of the NAFC Standard OPS-014 Aircraft Tracking, Event Reporting and Messaging.
b. The Contractor must ensure that arrangements to forward the data required by the NAFC Standard OPS-014 Aircraft Tracking, Event Reporting and Messaging are active at all times when the Aircraft is in a Service Period, and at all times when the Aircraft is otherwise engaged by a Member, and that Aircraft not meeting required standards at any time immediately prior to or during any Service Period may be considered Not Serviceable.

(c) All costs and fees associated with utilizing a generation tracking system (including, without limitation, any costs associated with the retirement of any REC) shall be borne by Party A. Retirement shall be performed in accordance with PJM-GATS and/or M-RETS operating procedures.
