TRADE MARKS AND BRANDING. 20.1 The Administering Organisation must obtain Cancer Council Victoria’s written consent prior to using any of Cancer Council Victoria’s trade marks or logos, including on presentations or on documents relating to the Research Activity. Any use of Cancer Council Victoria’s trade marks or logos by the Administering Organisation or Research Personnel must only be in a form consented to by Cancer Council Victoria and otherwise in accordance with the current Cancer Council Xxxxxxxx xxxxx guide and trade mark guidelines.
