Common use of Trademarks and Copyright Clause in Contracts

Trademarks and Copyright. 8.1 The Licensee acknowledges that the Trademarks and the goodwill attaching thereto are and shall remain the property of the Licensor. 8.2 The Licensee shall not promote or sell Products except in conjunction with Trademarks and shall not use Trademarks or Selected Designs except in relation to Products in a manner approved by the Licensor. 8.3 All labels, packaging, display, and promotional and advertising materials relating to the Products and their promotion and sale shall bear an acknowledgement as to the proprietorship of the Trademarks and the license granted to the Licensee as follows:
