TRAFFIC CONTROL AND WARNING SIGN SPECIFICATIONS. 1. The Purchaser shall furnish, erect, and maintain all necessary barricades, suitable and sufficient lights, danger signals, signs, and other traffic control devices, and shall take all necessary precautions for the protection of the work and safety of the public. Suitable warning signs shall be provided to properly control and direct traffic as requested by the Forest Officer. 2. All road barricades, warning signs, lights, temporary signals, flagger and pilot car operations and equipment, and other protective devices, shall conform with the specifications in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).

TRAFFIC CONTROL AND WARNING SIGN SPECIFICATIONS. 1. The Purchaser shall furnish, erect, and maintain all necessary barricades, suitable and sufficient lights, danger signals, signs, and other traffic control devices, and shall take all necessary precautions for the protection of the work and safety of the public. All newly constructed roads (temporary or permanent) would be closed by barrier or gate to public motorized use during and after road building and other activities. All existing roads currently closed to public motorized use would remain closed during implementation of all proposed activities. Motorized public access would remain restricted on closed roads on NFS lands during administrative use. If berms are removed to access treatment units, the purchaser would install temporary gates or effective barriers as needed and berms would be reinstalled once project activities are complete.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.

  • Change Orders and Contract Amendments 33.1 The Procuring Entity may at any time order the Supplier through notice in accordance GCC Clause 8, to make changes within the general scope of the Contract in any one or more of the following: a) drawings, designs, or specifications, where Goods to be furnished under the Contract are to be specifically manufactured for the Procuring Entity; b) the method of shipment or packing; c) the place of delivery; and d) the Related Services to be provided by the Supplier. 33.2 If any such change causes an increase or decrease in the cost of, or the time required for, the Supplier's performance of any provisions under the Contract, an equitable adjustment shall be made in the Contract Price or in the Delivery/Completion Schedule, or both, and the Contract shall accordingly be amended. Any claims by the Supplier for adjustment under this Clause must be asserted within twenty-eight (28) days from the date of the Supplier's receipt of the Procuring Entity's change order. 33.3 Prices to be charged by the Supplier for any Related Services that might be needed but which were not included in the Contract shall be agreed upon in advance by the parties and shall not exceed the prevailing rates charged to other parties by the Supplier for similar services.

  • Escrow Format Specification Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.

  • Product Specifications The Company agrees that all Products sold to Xxxx hereunder shall conform to the respective specifications set forth on Schedule A or to such other specifications as are from time to time agreed upon by the Parties.
