Traffic Signal Timing Plans. Developer shall coordinate and implement signal timing plans that optimize traffic flows and provide signal coordination with adjacent intersections and arterials for all existing or new traffic signals, modified signals, and interconnected signals. Unless timing maintenance is otherwise provided by a local Governmental Entity, Developer shall be responsible for updating signal timing as necessary to maintain optimized flow.
