Common use of Traffic Use Survey Clause in Contracts

Traffic Use Survey. Within one year of license issuance, Licensee shall file with 24 FERC a road traffic survey plan for roads used for Project purposes located on National 25 Forest System lands. This plan shall be approved by the FS and include provisions for 26 monitoring traffic every six years when Licensee is monitoring recreation use in 27 accordance with FERC Form 80 requirements. At a minimum the road traffic survey 28 shall include the Caribou Road (27N26) and the Caribou-Butt Valley Reservoir roads 29 (27N26 and 27N60) and include:
