Traffic Volume Sample Clauses

Traffic Volume. The Parties will install and retain direct End Office trunking sufficient to handle actual or reasonably forecasted traffic volumes, whichever is greater, between an CLEC switching center and an CBT End Office where traffic exceeds or is forecast to exceed five hundred (500) Busy Hour CCS or nine hundred (900) busy hour minutes of use for a six (6)-week period. The Parties will install additional capacity between such points when overflow traffic between the CLEC switching center and CBT access Tandem exceeds or is forecast to exceed five hundred (500) Busy Hour CCS or nine hundred (900) busy hour minutes of use for such six (6)-week period.

Traffic Volume. To the extent either Party has the capability to measure the amount of traffic between ComSouth’s switch and a BellSouth End Office and where such traffic exceeds or is forecasted to exceed a single DS1 of traffic per month, then the Parties shall install and retain direct end office trunking sufficient to handle such traffic volumes. Either Party will install additional capacity between such points when overflow traffic exceeds or is forecasted to exceed a single DS1 of traffic per month. In the case of one-way trunking, additional trunking shall only be required by the Party whose trunking has achieved the preceding usage threshold.

The Parties will install additional capacity between such points when overflow traffic exceeds or is forecasted to exceed 500,000 mobile-to-land minutes of use for a single month. In the case of one-way trunking, additional trunking shall only be required by the Party whose trunking has achieved the preceding usage threshold; or

Either Party will install additional capacity between such points when overflow traffic between SouthEast’s switching center and AT&T’s end office exceeds or is forecasted to exceed a single DS1 of traffic per month. In the case of one way trunking, additional trunking shall only be required by the Party whose trunking has achieved the preceding usage threshold.
