TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH. Following the award of a Mini-Bid Contract and if requested by the Authorized User, the Contractor must provide, at no additional cost, training/education services for Authorized Users. This training shall include, at a minimum, an initial training session to explain the collection system to facility personnel and basic written materials and/or signage to inform employees about appropriate recycling procedures.
