TRAINING PARTNERSHIP Clause Samples

The TRAINING PARTNERSHIP clause establishes a formal collaboration between parties for the purpose of providing or receiving training services. Typically, this clause outlines the roles and responsibilities of each party, the scope and objectives of the training, and any logistical or financial arrangements involved. For example, one party may agree to deliver specific training modules while the other provides facilities or resources. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of their commitments and expectations, thereby facilitating effective cooperation and minimizing misunderstandings during the training partnership.
