Training Requirements. Grantee will: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS. B. Appropriately budget funds to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS. Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met. C. Follow the appropriate DSHS POPS by funding opportunity (as per Section I: General Requirements for All Grantees) for training and observation requirements.

Training Requirements. Any Contractor personnel who will enter a government site to perform work shall have completed all of the ES&H training required by the SOW prior to any attempts to enter a government site as shown by written records of such training furnished to the SDR or to the Requester if no SDR is named in Section I of this agreement. Contractor shall certify to Sandia completion of all required training on the Completion Record for Contractor Administered Training form. This form is located on the Web at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/bus-ops/scm/Contractor/Contractor- info.html or obtained from the SDR. Contractor shall provide the completion record form for the initial ESH100 training to the SDR on the first day of work. Contractor shall provide the completion records for any other training required above to the SDR before starting the affected work activity. Any person not having completed all ES&H training requirements may be denied access to any government site and Contractor may be terminated for default of this agreement as well as every other agreement the Contractor has with Sandia.
Training Requirements. The Company shall ensure that all of its employees, agents, agency employees, loss adjusters, and contractors that act on behalf of the Company with respect to the selling, servicing, and adjusting of eligible crop insurance contracts meet all the requirements contained in the Appendices and FCIC procedures. (a) All applicable employees, agents, agency employees, loss adjusters, and contractors must be trained in accordance with Appendix IV. (b) All employees, agents, and agency employees, who are involved in the selling and servicing (except loss adjustment) of eligible crop insurance contracts, must be licensed in the State in which they are doing business if required by the State; and (c) All loss adjusters adjusting eligible crop insurance contracts must be certified by FCIC before they can conduct any loss adjustment. Certification of loss adjusters may be obtained by completing the training requirements in subsection (a) and: (1) If any State in which the loss adjuster performs loss adjustment activities requires the loss adjuster to take a test which is directly related to crop insurance to obtain a license to adjust an eligible crop insurance contract, taking and passing the State test and obtaining the license required by the State; (2) If any State in which the loss adjuster performs loss adjustment activities does not require the loss adjuster to obtain a license to adjust an eligible crop insurance contract (including those cases where the loss adjuster is a company employee and the State excludes company employees from licensing requirements), taking and completing with a passing grade a proficiency testing program developed, approved, and implemented under FCIC procedures or, if such FCIC-approved proficiency testing program is not available in the State, completing the training required by the Company under Appendix IV; or (3) If any State in which the loss adjuster performs loss adjustment activities requires a test which is not crop insurance-specific (as determined by FCIC) to obtain a license to adjust an eligible crop insurance contract, taking and completing with a passing grade a proficiency testing program developed, approved, and implemented under FCIC procedures in lieu of obtaining a license in such State, or, if such FCIC-approved proficiency testing program is not available in the State, taking and passing the State test and obtaining the license required by the State. Training Requirements. (1) This agreement provides the basis for the introduction of the Australian Traineeship System and employment of trainees. (2) The trainee shall be engaged for a minimum of 52 weeks. (3) The employer shall ensure that the trainee is permitted to attend the off-the-job training courses and shall provide prescribed on-the-job training. Training Requirements. School districts and law enforcement agencies will comply with the training requirements of P.L. 2005, c. 276, (N.J.S.A. 52:17B-71.8; N.J.S.A. 18A:17-43.1) for safe schools resource officers and for school liaisons to law enforcement, as soon as practicable. As recognized by Article 13.5 of this Agreement, the presence of a safe schools resource officer — a police officer that complies with the statutorily mandated training requirements — can enhance not only school safety and security but also the relationships between school children, education officials, and law enforcement.
