Training seminars. Trainings/seminars, workshops that may benefit the Educational Aides shall be offered and paid for the time spent at their hourly rate of pay for all hours attending classes, seminar, etc. Wages and fees for classes, etc. to improve their positions shall be paid for during the school year and during the summer.
