Training Support. Embarq shall provide training, on a non-discriminatory basis, for all Embarq employees who may communicate, either by telephone or face- to-face, with CLEC end users. Training Support. Upon Tesla’s request, Supplier shall provide repair, maintenance and trouble-shooting training and related documentation for the Items to Tesla representatives. The Parties will mutually agree on the Items to be included in the training and the specific content and level of training to be provided.
Training Support. 5.32.1 The Contractor shall provide training support at the Installation Center (Hub) and other smaller installations (Spokes). Training support is defined as activities directly or indirectly related to individual, leader, and collective training and training development on Mission Command systems and other MC systems. This consists of individual operator sustainment training, unit staff drills, functional command post and integrated command post training events and exercises. It also may include practical exercises within the framework of individual training, small group instruction in support of battle staff integration and operation, Mission Rehearsal Exercises (MRX), large-scale exercises for brigade-level and above in joint and combined environments.
5.32.2 The Contractor shall provide MC systems & MC training either through on-site instructors or through the use of the Hub’s MTT’s. Current specific BC systems and MC training requirements will be identified in each individual task order. A listing of current systems is as follows:
5.32.3 The Contractor shall enter contractor-developed, Government accepted, new courses and revisions in Automated Systems Approach to Training (ASAT).
5.32.4 The Contractor shall provide MTTs in support of collective and individual MC training. The contractor shall conduct and evaluate training by the MTTs in accordance with applicable ARs, TRADOC approved POIs, and unit SOPs. MTTs shall conduct instruction to the Hub and Spoke installations for individual training. MTTs may also provide technical integration and engineering of training and exercise networks. MTTs shall be established as required to reinforce Spokes’ staffs during major collective events.
5.32.5 The Contractor shall maintain a master calendar via the MTC website showing all individual and collective training events and exercises for units.
5.32.6 The Contractor shall provide course management. The contractor shall develop and publish a schedule of available courses using the Army Unit Training Management System (UTMS). The contractor shall be responsible for enrollment operations. *See Paragraph 5.53
Training Support. ASI Financial Services collaborates with OSLCC in providing training to the treasurers and other executive officers of student organizations annually.
Training Support. GT agrees to provide in-depth training and support, at least as detailed as GT's internal training of GT's sales and support personnel, to a reasonable number of AXP personnel prior to any release on all GT product functionality in a timely and comprehensive manner and for all new releases, including on-site training at GT to ensure AXP has the requisite expertise to meet its Minimum Revenues hereunder. This training will include instruction, demonstration, and hands-on training in all aspects of system installation and configuration, servicing and support necessary to set-up a Corporate Site that will enable bookings, sell and provide support and customer service. It is the intent of both parties that AXP would be fully capable of independently selling, installing and providing customer service to the Corporate Sites (except for the obligations allocated to GT under this Agreement). Such support will include, but not be limited to, telephone support to AXP's designated support contact twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. The Customer and AXP will be fully responsible for rendering sufficient 1st and 2nd level support, as defined in the SLA on Exhibit "D", to its Customers and users of the Corporate Site including, but not limited to, training such users on use of the Corporate Site and maintaining a service center with access to trained support contacts. If AXP requests a General Work Order to perform additional training and development of customer support tools, then GT will accept this specific General Work Order as long as AXP pays for all such development activities at GT's actual costs. These tools may include 1st level support tools, 2nd level support tools, client implementation packet, end- user training materials, program administrator training materials, FAQ's, and standard default customer set-up schemes. GT shall use diligent efforts to provide as soon as reasonably practicable a demonstration site ("Rexport Site") for use by AXP as a training and sales demonstrations tool.
Training Support. SaleFreaks will support on use of the Hosted Service, in accordance with SaleFreaks standard terms.
Training Support. The Employer and the Union will cooperate in encouraging training programs including government funded programs which will provide initial and advanced training for the employees. Within budget limitation, as determined by the Employer, the Employer will provide an educational assistance plan for regular Employees to improve skills, knowledge, and abilities relating to their present positions or to positions to which they might logically progress.
13.1.1 No premium pay for time spent on training. There shall be no overtime or premium payments rendered for time related to training programs.
