Tranche B Facility. The Tranche B Facility Lenders grant to the Company, upon the terms and subject to the conditions hereof, a HK dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount of HKD3,948,750,000.00.
Tranche B Facility. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers a revolving credit facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Tranche B Commitments.
Tranche B Facility. (A) (i) The Tranche B Loan shall accrue a finance charge on the Average Daily Balance thereof, from and including the Tranche B Loan Commencement Date to and including February 28, 2003, at a per annum rate equal to the lesser of (a) the Tranche B Loan Finance Charge and (b) the highest rate from time to time permitted by applicable law. If it is determined that the amounts received from Tranche B Borrower or a Tranche B Guarantor pursuant to this subclause (A) shall otherwise be in excess of the highest rate permitted by applicable law, then the amount representing such excess shall be considered reductions to principal of Loans.
Tranche B Facility. The Tranche B Lenders agree to establish the Tranche B Facility for the benefit of the Borrowers.
Tranche B Facility. If, on any date, the Agent notifies the Company that, on any interest payment date, the sum of (A) all Tranche B Advances denominated in Dollars plus (B) the Equivalent in Dollars (determined on the third Business Day prior to such interest payment date) of the aggregate principal amount of all Tranche B Advances denominated in Committed Currencies then outstanding exceeds 103% of the aggregate Tranche B Commitments on such date, the Borrowers shall, as soon as practicable and in any event within two Business Days after receipt of such notice, prepay the outstanding principal amount of any Tranche B Advances owing by the Borrowers in an aggregate amount sufficient to reduce such sum to an amount not to exceed 100% of the aggregate Tranche B Commitments of the Lenders on such date.
Tranche B Facility. The Project Facility Lenders grant to the Company, upon the terms and subject to the conditions hereof, a HK dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount of HKD1,678,639,506.
Tranche B Facility. The Hotel Facility Lenders grant to the Company, upon the terms and subject to the conditions hereof, a HK dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount of HKD353,953,439.
Tranche B Facility. Subject to and upon the terms and conditions herein set forth, each Bank, severally but not jointly, agrees to make Loans of immediately available funds to the Borrower, on a non-revolving basis, from the Tranche-B Closing Date until the earlier of
Tranche B Facility. (a) Subject to Clause 9, the Borrowers shall repay the Tranche B Advances in full by the instalments specified below on the Tranche B Repayment Dates specified below. The aggregate Original Sterling Amount of the Tranche B Advances (a "Tranche B Repayment Instalment") repaid by the Borrowers on each Tranche B Repayment Date shall be the amount representing the percentage of the aggregate Original Sterling Amount of the Tranche B Advances made at Closing set out below opposite that Tranche B Repayment Date.
Tranche B Facility. Loans to the Borrowers under the Tranche B Facility (each a "TRANCHE B LOAN" and, collectively for any Borrower and/or all Borrowers, the "TRANCHE B LOANS") (A) may be made at any time and from time to time on and after the Tranche B Activation Date; and (B) shall not exceed for any Lender with a Tranche B Commitment at any time outstanding the Tranche B Commitment of such Lender at such time.
