Tranches; Obligation to Fund. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, (i) no Fund Group, individually, shall have the right to have more than thirty (30) RFR Rate Loans in the aggregate outstanding hereunder at any one time during the Availability Period (ii) nor shall any Lender be obligated to fund any Loan if the interest rate applicable thereto under Section 2.06(a) hereof would exceed the Maximum Rate in effect with respect to such Loan (ii) all Borrowings in an Alternative Currency must be RFR Rate Loans.
