TRANSACTING BUSINESS. No solicitation or conducting business of any kind is permitted at Crunch without the written approval of Management.
TRANSACTING BUSINESS. DCH Board members and Employees 1 DCH Board members and Employees must refrain from transacting business with the Department for personal gain or on behalf of another party. However, it is allowable for DCH Board members and Employees to conduct business with other Agencies as long as the business transaction does not result in a benefit for the Department.
TRANSACTING BUSINESS. In order to fulfill its obligations to all the people represented by the Association, a total of ten (10) days per contract year will be provided for the business it needs to conduct at the local, state, and national levels. These days are to be approved by the appropriate Xxxx and will not be unreasonably denied.
2.4.1 Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact official Association business on college property at all reasonable times, provided that this shall not interfere with or interrupt normal college operations.
TRANSACTING BUSINESS. A majority of the members of the Investment Committee at the time in office may do any act which this Agreement authorizes or requires the Investment Committee to do. The action of such majority of the members expressed from time to time by a vote at a meeting, or in writing without a meeting, or by telephone communication without a meeting, shall constitute the action of the Investment Committee and shall have the same effect for all purposes as if assented to by all members then in office. Where action is taken by members of the Investment Committee by telephone communication, such action shall be confirmed in writing by such members as soon as practicable thereafter. The Secretary shall cause each action taken in writing without a meeting, and each written confirmation of action taken by telephone, to be included in the minutes of the Investment Committee.
TRANSACTING BUSINESS. Duly authorized representatives of the Association, State Teachers' Association, American Federation of Teachers, and their respective affiliates, shall be permitted to transact official organizational business on school property at all reasonable times. Such business shall not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations.

TRANSACTING BUSINESS. Client may initiate in writing or by Remote Instructions and may accept or decline quotes given by a Trader. If Client accepts a quote, the Trader will verify the foreign exchange rate, Currency totals and payment instructions and provide Client with a Confirmation upon settlement. Quotes are not binding on the Bank until accepted by the Client and the Bank is in receipt of freely transferable, unencumbered funds sufficient for fulfilling the Request. Time is of the essence.

2. Part-time Employees, however, are allowed to transact business with the Department under the following circumstances:
a. the transaction resulted from a sealed competitive bid; or
b. the transaction does not exceed $250.00 in benefit to the Employee, or transactions in a given calendar year do not, in the aggregate, exceed $9,000.
3. A business in which DCH Board members or Employees maintain a substantial interest may not transact business with the Department.
