Transactions Among Affiliates. Cause all transactions between and among Affiliates to be on an arms-length basis and on such terms and conditions as are customary in the applicable industry between and among unrelated entities.

Transactions Among Affiliates. Section 6.10 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete the last sentence thereof.

Cause all transactions between and among Borrower, its Affiliates, directors and officers and any persons holding 5% or more of the outstanding Capital Stock of Borrower to be on an arms-length basis and on such terms and conditions as are customary in the applicable industry between and among unrelated entities.
Transactions Among Affiliates. All transactions and courses of dealing between (or among) each Borrower and its Affiliates will be in the ordinary course of business and on 43 terms and conditions not more favorable to such Affiliates than those prevailing in the marketplace between (or among) businessmen dealing with each other at arm's length with regard to like or similar transactions.
