Common use of Transfer of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Documentation. 10.1 6 (six) months prior to expiry or within 2 (two) weeks of notice of termination of this Agreement Service Provider shall deliver to the Bank a full, accurate and up-to date set of Documentation that relates to any element of the Services as defined in Annexure A.
