Transfer of Licensed Technology. Within sixty (60) days following the date hereof and as far as they have not previously done so, LICENSORS shall supply COMPANY with all available Licensed Technology. With respect to any Licensed Technology which becomes known to LICENSORS during the term of this Agreement, such disclosure will be made at least semi-annually or sooner, if practicable.

Transfer of Licensed Technology. 6.1. Licensor shall prepare and deliver or authorize delivery to Licensee promptly after the Effective Date any Licensed Technology that Licensor deems useful for the research, development and marketing of Licensed Product, including samples of bouganin. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensee may be required to obtain bouganin from Licensor’s collaborators and that there may be a nominal cost for obtaining bouganin.
