Transfer Sheets and Weekly Position Listings. Until the earlier of (i) the date the Company's securities are listed on the New York Stock Exchange or the Nasdaq National Market, and (ii) the third anniversary of the Closing Date, the Company will furnish to the Representative at the Company's sole expense such transfer sheets and position listings of the Company's securities as the Representative may request, including the daily, weekly and monthly consolidated transfer sheets of the transfer agent of the Company and the weekly position listings of the Depository Trust Company.
