Transfer Timing. (A) The final paragraph of Paragraph 3(a) shall be deleted and replaced with the following: “Subject to Paragraph 4, and unless otherwise specified, any transfer of Eligible Credit Support or Equivalent Credit Support (whether by the Transferor pursuant to Paragraph 2(a) or by the Transferee pursuant to Paragraph 2(b)) shall be made not later than the close of business on the Settlement Day.”
(B) The definition of Settlement Day shall be deleted and replaced with the following: “Settlement Day” means the next Local Business Day after the Demand Date”.
Transfer Timing. Subject to Paragraphs 4(a) and 5 and unless otherwise specified, if a demand for the Transfer of Eligible Credit Support or Posted Credit Support is made by the Notification Time, then the relevant Transfer will be made not later than the close of business on the next Local Business Day; if a demand is made after the Notification Time, then the relevant Transfer will be made not later than the close of business on the second Local Business Day thereafter.
Transfer Timing. (B) Paragraph 6(d)(1) shall be amended so that the reference therein to "the following Local Business Day" shall be replaced by reference to "the second Local Business Day thereafter".

(ii) Event of Default Joint Ratings below specified levels Paragraph 7(i) of the Annex is amended, on line 3, by replacing "two Business Days" with "three Business Days".
(iii) Party B's expenses Subject to Section 15 of the Agreement, Party B agrees to pay Party A's costs and expenses in relation to or caused by any breach by Party B of its obligations under this Annex. Party A acknowledges and agrees that its obligations under this Annex will not be affected by a failure by Party B to comply with its obligations under this paragraph (m)(iii).
Transfer Timing. The word “second” in the last line of Paragraph 4(b) shall be replaced with the word “first”.
Transfer Timing. Upon receipt of the District’s written request (Exhibit C) certified by the District and the Superintendent of Schools, if applicable, the Treasurer will review the request and determine, in addition to exercising her trust and fiduciary duties with respect to protecting all of the Educational Investment Pool participants from any principal loss and ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operating cash needs, that such monies are available for such Transfers, whether to make such Transfer to the District in the amount requested, as soon as reasonably possible, provided, however, that in no event shall the total amount of all Transfers within the fiscal year exceed 85% of the anticipated revenues which will accrue to the District during the fiscal year. No Transfer attributable to a subsequent fiscal year will be made prior to the full and complete repayment of all outstanding Transfers. An authorized Transfer may be made to the District in one or more installments. No Transfer shall be made prior to July 1 of the fiscal year (July 1 through June
