Common use of Transferor, Affiliates and Agents Clause in Contracts

Transferor, Affiliates and Agents. In determining whether Holders of the requisite amount of Certificates have given any request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent or waiver requested or permitted under this Trust Agreement, any Certificate beneficially held by a Transferor, or the affiliates or agents of a Transferor may be voted by the Transferor, or the affiliates or agents of a Transferor, as the case may be, without restriction.
