Common use of Transferor, Affiliates and Agents Clause in Contracts

Transferor, Affiliates and Agents. Except as otherwise provided in Section 11.01(b), in determining whether Holders of the requisite amount of Certificates have given any request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent or waiver requested or permitted under this Trust Agreement, any Certificate beneficially held by a Transferor, its affiliates or its agents will be disregarded and deemed not to be outstanding.
